2:00 -- March from Fuente Osmena to Sanciangko Street then back to Fuente Osmena
3:30 -- Prayer Rally at Fuente Osmena.

Dear Patriotic Brothers and Sisters,

Greetings of peace from the CEBU COALITION AGAINST THE PORK BARREL SYSTEM!

The whole nation is being confronted with the problem of corruption in all levels of Government. This has gone unabated for several decades, adversely affecting our people especially the poor.

As a response, concerned citizens, civil society organizations, business groups, and individuals of goodwill recently formed the Cebu Coalition Against the Pork Barrel System. We have united in condemning corruption; in calling for the abolition of the pork barrel system and for the people to reclaim the management of public funds to be used for the common good.

Once again, we are invoking the power of God and the people in our efforts for social renewal.

We are inviting you, your colleagues, community members, and friends to participate in the following activities:
· Signature Campaign for the UNITY STATEMENT AGAINST CORRUPTION
· September 29, 2013 Holy Mass, March, Interfaith Prayer and Anti-Pork Program
1:00 PM – Assembly at Fuente Osmeña Circle
1:30 PM - Mass at Fuente Osmeña
2:30 PM - March from Fuente Osmeña towards Sanciangko Street then back to Fuente Osmena
3:30 PM - Interfaith Prayer and Anti-Pork Program at Fuente Osmena
· Future Consultation Meetings on concrete alternatives upon Pork Barrel System abolition.

Let us re-confirm our pledge to our country! Let us reclaim our right as citizens and sovereignty as a people. Let us show our love for our country, together, once more!
