I've only use this for back pain relief and substitute sa Efficascent oil, if gnahan mo sa EXTRA STRENGTH sa Efficascent ganahan jud mo ani. Di siya baho, very humot - kay mura man SNOWBEAR (sakto ba spelling?) candy nga lami nuon - and FYI pwede siya ma inom for Toothaches. So kung mag work ka, gi panuhot, di naka ma worry nga baho kag haplas kay HUMOT KAG CANDY - yummy! Plus, water base siya. Di ka mag mantika kay ma suyop ra dayon siya sa imo panit.
It's all natural. Ang kanindot niya kay humot, dali ma absorb sa imong skin and halang (lami ni para sa mga dali panuhoton pareha nako). Naa sad siya version for Kids, lami sad daw to, nag palit mi para sa akong mga niece.
