nope, gituyo daw sa mandaue nga 24 hours active ang traffic lights kay 24 hours sad nag monitor ang command center. Also, ok raman if wala na off kay ila man i-lessen ang time interval, like from 60 seconds ila nalang himuon og 25 seconds sa pocherohan and collesium, and from 180 seconds to 60 seconds nalang sa hiway. but inig gabii ra nuon mga 11pm onwards.
