I've heard the commander of the AFP said the orders was just to cordon the area, and not to penetrate it...
What's surprising is that there were people coming out of the area said to be cordoned and when frisked they said there's no MNLF in their area....
The Lawyer of MNLF representative when interviewed said they didn't attack.... the AFP started the first attack...
I also wonder how the MNLF slipped through the check points...
PNOY won't declare state of calamity because he knows the government will release a big some of money to that area which for him doesn't give so much effect in the Philippine economy..... if sa Manila pa siguro toh hagbay ra nag state of calamity...
Or probably he is afraid the the money that will be sent will just go to the pockets of the corrupt or maybe allied government officials with the MNLF there...

In my opinion, this crisis will drag on for several months. Misuari is using the Kosovo model, they need at least 5 Middle Eastern countries to recognize MNLF's Bangsamoro Republic then, shit. IOC has 57 nations. Okay just recently they said they are on the path of "War on Independence". That definitely is the worst scenario to be in right now. Sympathizers like BIFF and Abu Sayyaf Group will definitely help out their fellow Muslim brothers.
The real diversion is this armed conflict, I think I read the news that Misuari has just submitted his Bangsamoro Constitution to the U.N. last week. How successful is that shit, that I do not know. But it really puts the government on a bad light in the eyes of the UNITED NATIONS.
