Ayu ayu mo!

I assume that you are referring to the potential gains nga 10% per year. You can get that gain by investing in mutual funds, UITFs or directly in the stock market. However, you must have a long term outlook para maachieve nimo ang "average" nga 10% per year since these investments are very volatile short term. By volatile, it may go up way more than 10% in a year or it may go lower. It may even give a "negative" return which means in a certain year or period of time, ang imong investments niubos ang value. Time can filter out those noises.

Other than mutual funds, UITFs and stocks (directly), you can also give starting a business a shot. Businesses, if done and managed well, can give you more than 10% in a year.

wa ko kbao if labot pa ni akoa but just yesterday my dad called me to have an appointment with a certain person here in cebu cos he already talked to this person and theres a possibility for them to open another business. I mean my dad and his friend. anyways, just this morning I just realized what does a quote really meant.. "If you want something. you dont ask for it, you work for it".

Mga bai igo kaau ko ani. aq pasabot ani ky way back 2 years ago tngali ky cge mi lalis aq mom ky di sya nahan aq handle s business pero para nako I already proved myself nga since bata pa ko Im always the one who's there para motabang s business but after I graduated (Note: mas una ko nga nakagrad s aq kuya ky wa najud sya nahuman pero sya gitagaan business mao na sakit para nako og di ko kadawat s point) I asked for help to just make me manage the business but my mom refused to. so I decided to work as a medical representative for 2 years and thats the time I strongly believe dako ang kausaban nako. And till now I never mentioned about the business thingy but im actually into business japon pero sideline lang nako og nakatigom napod ko gamay and my mom knows how much I have in the bank.

But yesterday was the greatest feeling jud mga bai. I didnt asked for it na but cguro kita na ako parents na Im responsible enough thats y... and mga bai bsag di papod ko hatagan s aq mga ginikanan og business japon till now okay na kaayo ko ato nga naka feel ko nga saligan nako sa aq ginikanan parti s business..
