My answer is NO! it`s not safe anymore, I`ved installed 3 Mio motorcycles already, the first time I found out that Yamaha Mio uses the same conventional electrical system, it uses a charging coil and a lighting coil, meaning ang imong tanang lights (excluding the brake light and the signal lights) ni utilize sa lighting coil, so kung imo nang gi route tanan sa sa charging coil meaning overload na ang load, that`s the reason why 10VDC na lang imong charging maski nag andar, in-order for the battery to be charged, the voltage should be 13.5VDC-14.3VDC or else there wont be charging nga mahitabo, the best way to modify your charging system is to utilize the lighting coil together with the charging coil, use a different rectifier/regulator from a different motorcycle, ayaw nang fast charger nga ginabaligya nila kay tabla ra ug imong giderekta ang charging coil > rectifier > Battery, it will overvolt, based on my tests, the rated ampacity of the mio`s charging coil is only 3 amps. continouos, Don`t Overload it, the lighting coil is 5 amps, it`s better and safe kung imong iparrallel (Separated by a tunnel high amp diodes) ang duha to achieve a 7-8 amps of continouos charging, then use a high amp. regulator (Ex. Skygo Wizzard 150) tag 450 PHP, that`s the time nga mabalik na ug 13.5VDC-14.2VDC ang charging, no wonder nga daghan kog nasugatan nga problema sa sunog wiring aning mga mio nga unit...

Note to the installers and Mechanics:

huna huna-a ninyo pirmanente ang safety and reliability sa inyong gipang convert nga mga units, dapat kahibaw mo kung unsay dapat, safety, balanced load, ug unsay after effect sa mga unit nga inyong gipang modify....

dapat kung mugamit mo ug fast charger circuit kinahanglan inig tang tang sa battery di gyud mu overvolt cause if it will, kahibaw na siguro mo unsay mahitabo sa overcharged Acid battery...or kung wa pa mo kahibaw...Google is your friend hehehe....

Naa ra imong girequest boss, both original wiring diagram and the modified one, as you can see on the modified one na koy gi reroute nga wire kay para inig OFF nimo sa main switch mu OFF sad ang headlight ug tail light incase you forget to turn OFF the Headlight Switch, then as you notice puro na DC lines imong Head/Tail wiring, diretso ra ka ta-ud sa mga LED bling2x nimo hehehe

Just to give you a heads up, ang LED headlight (HI/LO) will only consume a maximum of 1.5 amps @ 12VDC and 0.75 amp @ Low Beam, meaning di na ka kinahanglan mag ilis ug wiring or mag modifiy pa, you can use the existing stock wiring harness kay ang imong load mas gamay pa sa original stock bulb (35w/35w)

na kh0 walay google sa mekaniko hehehe... Suya2x, awat2x pag mogana ok na sa ila... Daghan jud masikwati aning ilis ug clone R/R mayg kana ra bat madaut, pati suga mabusted 2ngod sa overvoltage inig likoy ni RR..
