No, were does toycon held? I can't get an entry like this, most probably
do spray painting their models, I only do touchup paints and small
detailings. I tried spraying and its a pain and time consuming and of
course messy.

actually the completion is not on the spot modeling, ull just give a pic of ur diorama or scale model and they will judge it if u can get in the final 3, which u and ur scale model or diorama will b invited for the event to compete with the other finalist.
