price sa quadro is 200k, sakit kaayo ni nga card, mao i chose to opt in a sli titan, (100K for both cards) and the rest of the 100k invested in rams,proc and motherboard (with capability to o.c) kay dli man 2011 ako proc, mo reklamo ni siya if not oc'd, and the rest spent on open loop water cooling

yup sakto ka bro werty, if into rendering jud kato jud sila nga mga gpu, naa man ko architect na client, gt 630 ra ako gigamit na card kay he is on a tight budget, ok raman so far, wala man siya reklamo, plain floor plan and little rendering ra hinoon iya pirmi gibuhat, ang 25k-30k budget ni TS is ok na for a system unit for workstation lng jud and no games

I don't think Quadro is the way to go karon because Autodesk's software is as good (In most cases, even better) in terms of performance using Geforce cards..

I'm mostly using Inventor... and a couple of other Autodesk software so SAKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT kaayo sa bulsa daan... kung mag Quadro pa jud hala ibaligya ang atay/kidney.

Nagka nindot na lagi ni imo setup vanz paltog. Pang autocad naman. Hehe. I dont know unsa na ka complicated imo plans sa cad but imo plan build is good enough. give more focus sa processor nmo, ayaw jud nang i3 kai mura ra nag iya dual-core counterparts on steroids. i5 is a good start already.

murag 2D ra man iya purpose ani.. base sa picture huh.. ^_^ ok ra guro iya specs nga gihatag.. f 3D rendering.,. kana nuon lahi na sad na..

It’s regrettable that Nvidia stopped publishing specially-optimized drivers since the introduction of AutoCAD 2013 and its switch to DirectX.


mas better pa nag mag gaming GPU na lang... dili ma harness ang true power of the Quadro in AutoCAD...how about other apps like Adobe Cloud? basin supported pa sa Nvidia ang specialized driver para sa ani? Professional GPUs have an edge on this apps too... but this is out of the context sa intended application ni TS...

heheh jowk ra btaw na ako comment sa taas boss, namasin ra ko if company expense ba. anyways naa koi pipila ka mga architect clients before. floor planning ra pud ila gipangbuhat, mu render sila but dili pirmi, just to see lang how it looks(like outside look sa balay, hallways, bedrooms etc). if in case ingon ana dapita ra ang work then ok ra jud na imo lga 1155 setup, u dont even need a decent gpu for the layout and little rendering here and there. ang main lang jud focus is ang processor and memory capacity(bandwidth will surely help also).

of course this opinion is subject for correction to those really into these kind of work.
