Thank you sa mga ni reply! pwede ra ma strecth to 10k ang budget. for movie or TV series viewing lng jud ang purpose ani na CPU bossing. not interested with sound system kay ang TV nko kusog ug speaker. Before I used my PS3 for games and movie viewing, pero since na YLOD na PS3 nko, wala nko watch2 movie and TV series, daghan na kaau apsanonon. hehe any video card/GPU will do basta mka play lng 1080p movies

roughly around 8k for the a10-5800k and the a85 motherboard with hdmi ports

naay GA-E350N sa (removed shop name here) its a mobo+cpu+gpu amd apu, kalimot ko what exact model if its the newer USB3 model but nindot to sya pang HTPC. P3000 ra last nako ask, and it supports DDR3

btw, ITX pa jud ni na mobo.
