Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
Two-year vocational, technical or diploma course w/ relevant work experience
College undergraduate with work experience in a customer service setting:
- at least one-year in college + three years of work experience
- at least two-years in college + two years of work experience
- at least three-years in college + one year of work experience
Fluent English communication skills
Good computer navigation skills
