QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for organizing, planning + enhancing existing procedures with goal of improving quality and timely delivery through automated testing
* Responsible for managing your own team to work hand-in-hand with development and HR specialist teams
* Responsible for setting up plug-n-play test environments for maximum efficiency

Key Requirements:
* Proven track record of implementing automated testing procedures for web/cloud based applications
* Experience with Selenium, or PhantomJS
* Experience with virtualized environments, VMWare or Virtualbox

Plus points:
* Experience working in multi-lingual applications
* Experience interacting with actual users of the application
* Passionate, humble and willing to work extra hours
