Hello fellow istoryans. Mangutana lang ta ko ninyo if naa mo nabal-an na agency na moprocess ug application para US. Ang akoa lang unta ba, pa assist lang ko sa pagprocess. Naa naman ko ug employer. Nurse diay ko. Getagaan lang ko until December para maaccomplish nako tanan requirements. So far naa p lang ko sa process sa pagpabalhin sa ako license from New Mexico to Texas. Nanginahanglan pa ko ug IELTS for my Visa Screen. Naa naman unta ko ug auntie didto na mao na nangita ug immigration lawyer and so far nakakit na siya. Willing sad siya na magpaloan ug $6000 sa akoa, para bayad sa attorney. Ako problem is if ako magprocessx, usually kay makatapal gyod ko, kay ako parents hasta gamaya makahatag ug budget, (which is utang, kay wa pa nko enough funds). Mas nice pa to mag-agency ko, kay sila man moadto sa agency and bayaran na nila tanan. Pls. help! Maka stress magbudget sa kulang. Naa pa, sige taas ang exchange rate ron. Ug dili dayon ko kamail or kabayad sa ako documents, makatapal na sad ko. Kapait kay halos wa nako gelamon.

agency paying all your processing, it is not the modus nowadays unless it is the agency who gave u job order. thou it is next to impossible. the next thing is an office will process but you have to pay the fees, including that of their service fee.

what i know it is located at mango square 2nd floor. i dont know if it is still there.

loan ka nalang sa imo relatives. write a promisory note.

to add: when u are scheduled for US embassy interview. Medical examination at st lukes out patient near US embassy cost you 15k pesos. if no controversy on your lab result a week after you proceed to US embassy for interview as scheduled. added expense hotel, plane fare. consider that

Naa naman ko ug employer. ang akoa na lang is to process all my papers. direct man gud ni akoa kay naa na man willing mopetition nako na employer. Ang akoa lang is ang ganahan ra ko magpa assist ug process sa mga requirements, para di na kaayo ko mahasol ug budget and sige follow up. Like sa pag process sa Visa Screen, after I passed the IELTS. I am willing to pay extra charges, total it is my parents sa who will shoulder the cost. If ako man gud magprocess, which is okay unta kay dako2 gyod ang masave. Usually kay tagaan lang ko nila sa right amount. Usually check man ang dawaton sa mga institutions sad didto, makatapal ko gamay sa bank draft. dako sad ko matapal, sa pagmail (usually mga 3-5 mailings). Mga 1,500 each through FedEx. Okay ra unta if naa ko enough funds ron. If mag agency man gud ko, usually ako parents manawag ra didto and they paid it in full. At least di na kaayo ko maglibog.

Thanks gyod kaayo sa info and insights. So far karon, wala pa kaayo ko knowledge, about anang packets. Nakadungog lang ko ana ato sa mga classmates nako before sa review sa NCLEX na naa na priority date. Ako lang tawon uncle sige panawag and guide nako about sa process. Karon Visa Screen gyod sige nila dali2 kay mao kinahanglan sa lawyer daw. Sa ako part medyo hasol2 gyod gamay. If naa unta more convenient way, like magpa process sa agency I want to give it a shot.

you have to pass IELTS because NCLEX doesnt accept applicant without that. you also need review class for IELTS.
so for visa screen u need IELTS and NCLEX. then you are set for US visa interview thou the priority date is as of now 2007 yet.
but if you are on working visa, such visa given every 1st quarter of the year. september is the opening month for receiving application.
