Usually they would ask man why you left/resign. I gave them a somewhat an honest answer. Gave them a hint na awol to but also gave them an idea na wa gituyo ug awol. More of resignation nga wa matiwas hahahaha.
Akong gi rason kay ni inform na ko daan sa akong TL and OM na mo resign ko because I need to rest and at the same time take care of some family problems but wa nako ma personally deliver ang resignation letter due to unavoidable circumstances. So technically it would be considered AWOL but i did gave them an idea mo resign ko. Wa lang na formalize.
Gipakapinan daun nakog amards na it was a mistake on my part and nag regret na hitabo pa to and so on hehehe. Honest na atik-atik ba.
Effective man pud most recruitment staff from my POV would appreciate honesty. Convince lang jud na angayan ka ma hire. make sure lang pud na makita nila sa results sa exams na worth it pud ka.
