Reason for selling: We need to pay the electric bill which is around Php 70,000.00. Yes, it is seriously within that range. My half-sister (lesbian), together with her girlfriend, did something bad with the electric meter. So they were penalized with the fraud. And they didn't pay the January 2013 - June 2013 bills. Now, the connection was already disconnected and since this connection is under my father's name, we need to pay it to clear his name. They left us with this very unfortunate problem to solve on our own. So yeah, that's about it.
