i dont think so. maybe most cheaters are always cheaters but some cheaters do change. and when they do, theyre the most honest of the honests.

hahaha. they will never change, siguro they will not cheat on you for a month, for half a year, even for a year, but they always go back to their old habits, sooner or later, kadugayan mo-itch to cheat jud na sila

ako i believe that anybody has the tendency to lie and a chance to change........although to some it takes longer for them to change and stop cheating their partner.......but really i am optimistic that a habitual cheater can change his/her ways, pero mao lagi it takes lots of discipline to attain that.....
