I had PCOS.. actually, grabe na daw to ako PCOS accordng to my OB Dr. Torizo.. But a year after that, actually, wla ko nag take ug any medicines.. Pahuway lang jud ko ug taman ato.. Then pray sa Simala na unta magka baby na ko.. And it was granted a year ago!

hi ladies, I just want to share sa experience sa akong sis who is a nurse in SG na diagnosed with PCOS

at first regular iya menses but then due to work related tungod sa erratic change of schedule nagka PCOS gitagaan cya sa iyang OByne ug meds na Yasmin for hormonal therapy kay 2 months delayed naman cya. But she shared to me na 2 months na pud cya ga take sa meds pero wa daw effect sa iyaha but ang na feel sa iya kay adverse effects hinuon like mag reflux daw cya,so I offered her the food supplement na gi take sa akong wife which maoy nag pa buntis sa iyaha at first skeptical cya kay di daw hinatag sa iya Dr. but ingon ko no need kay food supplement (Cellgevity ang name sa food supplement) man cya way adverse effect sa lawas. so mi take cya,for the first 1 week na feel daun niya nawala iyang reflux tapos pagka 2nd week gi mens dayon cya. Karun kay normal na iya menses,tapos iya na pud gi share ngadto sa SG.

naa pod ko pcos naftake ko metformin 3 x a day di ko ganahn kai wai lami i eat og food ... we plan to have our 2nd baby last yr december kai wa ko gi mens for 2 month i thought im pregnant den magtest ko permi lang negative kulbaan nako because i know its not normal gyud so i visited an ob iya ko gi risitaan og metformin den she ask me if gananhan ba ko magbaby i said yes kai dako napod gap 4yrs old na ako bb,, iya gi apilan og vitamin e den she told to come back ing 5th days sa ako menstruation iya napod ko giresitaan og pills na mahal kaau 100 plus ang usa good for 5 days.... im so happy kai after dat im 1 month pregnant na.. ill pray to have a healthy baby napd.. ^_^

hi sis i was diagnosed also for PCOS 4 months ago and my OB is Dr. Marivic Tan pretty kau cya and buotan jud, only expensive lang jud ui my 1st check up was my hormone panel test man cguro 2, kailangan 1st visit nimo nya is 2nd day of ur mens jud, 3,500 ang bayad, then after 2 days i came back for the result and of course meet namo ana ni dr. nice kau cya mo discuss everything is layed down on the table jud, then iya ko gi 3D ultrasound dha mao 2 na diagnosed daun ko PCOS ky more than 15 ang cysts nku sa right ovary, for that i paid 1,800 for the ultrasound and 975 for her 1st check up, then pag 8th day nku, 10th day, 12th day, 14th and 16th day cge ko balik nya for follicle test if ma ovulate ba ko since PCOS ko, follicle test is 475 PF ni Dr. 400 so every visit nku almost 1K ako gasto, on my 18th day balik na pud ko for folllicle nasd the found out na ng ovulate nku but its not normal since delayed kau nya wala pa jud ni rapture so she has to inject me i forgot that meds cost 2,500 2 vials para mo raptured ako eggs and makagawas ako mga egg cells ky delayed man there is a tendency na patay na ako mga egg cells wala pa ghapun ni raptured but wala man mi ka tyming ato na month, but mao sad lagi wala nko kabalik sukad ato..hehehehe...bz kau and dili sad ma prioritize 2ngud sa financial crisis..but palnning to come back this month..ako lang ni g shared for those want to see Dr. Tan para namo idea and para dili mo mahago 1st ninyo adto kailangan 2nd day of menses ninyo, she is the best in Cebu, she studied in the U.S and in singapore infertility specailist jud cya, and the one who referred me is my OB before Dr. vistan, funny she also on work up wd Dr. Tan as she is also diagnosed of PCOS..metforminn ud folic acid ang gpamaintain ni Dr. Tan nku run of course i have to loss weight jud, half rice lang, 30 mins cardiovascular exercise, nya water ra jud ako liquid no juice no soda...she told me if il take religiously the meds n mo loss jud ko weight 6 months max mabuntis na daw ko ky at least maski PCOS ko ng ovulate pa ko only delayed cya but wd the help of the meds mo regular ra daw na..well in God's time maabot ra na ang baby..

Same process with me with dr marivic tan but more expensive na. Not less than 1500php every visit nako.

I also have polycystic ovaries. Dili man irregular akong menses. But akong OB ni-advice gihapon nako to take pills (Micropil Plus) and mag diet/exercise coz I have abdominal obesity. I really want to have a baby na kay nagkadako na akong edad. My obgyne is Dr. Felisa Grace Del Rosario and naa sha ga work sa Perpetual Succour Hospital. She's a good one. Siya nag-opera nako sa katong naa koy ectopic pregnancy and gi remove sad niya akong 15cm ovarian cyst. Now, PCOS ko. And I wanna get rid of it. I stopped taking pills kay makalimot man gud ko and maka skip kog days. Had my TVS ganiha lang, PCOS na sad. Mag diet nalang jud ko ani kay most common reason sa PCOS is because of being overweight.
