You're trying to read a .doc file created by Office 2010 with Office 2013? Unless the file is corrupted, you shouldn't have any problems doing so.

TS, try ug save us but use the compatibility mode w/c is word 97~2003.. sure ko ma.open nana.. mag.save ko ingon ani jud pra ma.open maski unsa na version sa office..

kasuway mo ug ilis sa extension? instead of .docx, ilisan nimo ug .doc. pwede na?
