LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Part time - 4 hrs only)

Working hours:
9pm to 1am Philippine time

This is a part time job for now. As soon as business picks up it will be a full time job.

Pay is $200.00 per month.

Job Summary:
Assist and help the Executive Assistant (making reports, memos, letters, making spreadsheets, making travel arrangements & etc)
Fills in the Executive Assistant position when not available.
Answer calls through skype in behalf of the Executive Assistant. (Skype account is provided with call credits and US number)
Conduct research and compile data.
Maintain and updates the Executive Assistant calendar for important projects, meetings and webinars.

Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Ability to take dictation by shorthand or other note taking method
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Proficiency in operating a computer
