Naa mi lot sa Tuburan 3 hectares. Agricultural lot na cya, naay river for fresh water alongside.
Any advice on a profitable business to start?
I was thinking of piggery or poultry? Or perhaps lubihan or mangga.. Unsa kaha maayo?

I'm sorry pero I'm not into this business. Childhood Dream Business lang ni nako, hehe.
pero I have attended a 2-day seminar ani before. super sulit to nga seminar ky from farming, fishing--fish pen and fish pond, piggery and poultry to, naa pjud application in making longganisa and ang isa secret nlng to, hehe... plus suppliers were provided pero ang prob ky mura na misplaced nako ang akong na jot down pag-transfer namo. Anyway, naa rmn sad ni sa "last" portion sa list of my goals. will get back to this if attainable pa. if not, ok rasad.
