Why not make a big bang through public speeches?
Does it hurt that much that some of his members are as money bitches as Corona, or maybe be more corrupt?
Corona declared his SALN incorrectly and how about these asse$ who were on lead against the ex-CJ?
Did they declare their SALN correctly?
    Where did their PDAF go?
People are getting biased and mostly blinded by the media.
Now, Mr President should we say time out and clean your own backyard now?
We might not like it but we are not really his boss. We are recipients of false hope and failures. Good governance or his 'Daang Matuwid' should start in him but through the years he failed. Prosecution to the fullest is only intended to his enemies and his KKKs were saved at his own defense. And its very obvious that he will not be successful in his goals for his time is coming to an end in 3 years time. End as in end for he will not be running again as he will give it back to Mar by 2016.

    True.
He ruins his enemies in all ways he can but tolerates and hides his members who do more violations.
So disappointing but what's more disappointing is we still have 3 unsure years.
The people should now ask for prosecution of those who are proven involved, be it part of his administration or opposition.
But just like what he did to Corona, he should start by dropping names and impressions through propaganda.
I can remember how he blew public speeches with confidence and sarcasm with such pride.
People will be at watch. So be brave Mr Daang matuwid.

He's got more BALLS than the rest of the congressmen, senators and even Pnoy himself.

BALLS? siguro you mean KAPALMUKS! He did the most stupid thing in trying to redeem himself. Nahalata ra hinuon iyang motive nganong niadto sya sa rally and it's all about retribution and vengeance against his perceived oppressors. Mind you guys wala pa nahuman iyang mga kaso. He is now facing a P140 million Tax Evasion case.

To those asking if a Chief Justice of the SC has some sort of a pork barrel, the answer is a big YES. It's called the Judiciary Development Fund, among others and the budget is in Billions annually. PD 1949 Sec 2 mentions that the Chief Justice has the sole discretion of the said budget.

After CJ Corona was impeached, the SC made history when it finally decided to make public all the records of such funds.

He has his JDF, yet is he even the one who decides how much he gets? He was not the only one who had a JDF all CJs have, even a case against CJ Davide regarding JDF was brought about by Gibo Teodoro. But seriously, how much power does the judicial branch have in terms of money? Hahahahahahaha. Man the hypocrisy of the yellow people really amuses me.

On the part of going there, does that make him any better when he showed up compared to member of the executive and legislative who has much more power in terms of funding?

It was not stupid on his part because whatever happens he was no longer in government he was already a private person. He can already live in peace and enjoy what is left of his life.

As for his case? Nah, they can try but they won't get that far. It's about putting it in place and just using it against him when they have too but they really don't have anything solid against him. Heck, even PGMA who is a bigger fish has not yet been convicted.

C'mon if you really work in politics or tried campaigning or using propaganda against your political opponent, YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT.

Of course, being privy to campaign managers and political strategists who are actually very close to me does help. but in your case, hahahahahahaha.

The Judiciary Development Fund is hardly pork barrel. It is used to augment expenses of the judicial branch for living allowances and for the purchase of office equipment and facilities. Without it, we won't have an independent judiciary because the judiciary will be under the control of Malacanang and Congress.

Its not like its used to pay off people other than expenses of the judiciary branch, not like that of the president's pork barrel, which he can use to whatever he desires.

Lowering standards to level with is not something to cheer off. Typical filipino trait that needs to be changed. If a man is being "judged" guilty of a certain crime, doesn't mean his guilty for other crimes. BOOE yourself PINOYS!

The name of the game is "corruption". Corona's attempt at political revenge was obvious and backfired because those who actively oppose corruption are smarter than the average person. There are many guilty men and women out there and this is just the beginning. We can expect much finger-pointing as the guilty seek to divert attention from themselves. "Everybody's doing it" is no longer an excuse and if Filipinos have to bring down every single pompous fat-cat masquerading as a public servant then so be it.
