ang systema ana PDAF as far as i know is hatagan ug money from the national budget each senator & congressman. my questions is, ngano kailangan mn sila hatagan ug money when in the first place, ang trabaho sa senators & congressmen are to make laws?

dili na sila dapat hatagan ug money from the national budget whatever the reasons pa na kay tested & proven nana sila for several decades na.

dapat, i-abolish na ang PDAF, change our form of government to pure federalism & that's it. if inana jud ka-seryoso nga motabang sila sa ato nasod then mao nani dapat buhaton.

    guys, d ni mo-work.
naka-hood of defiance na sila. +30% spell reduction, +8 health regeneration.

    OnT:
How would expect this to work when more than 90% of politicians are corrupt? They've no more conscience because it seems normal as almost everybody is doing it.
It would take a whole lot to rid all of them.
    Embarrassing but true.

in fairness to our congressmen and senators dili man sila kagunit anang ilang PDAF. makagunit ra sila sa commission ra man. lol
their job is to identify projects where they'll be using the PDAF for in their district. ang moimplement ana ang implementing agency naman, like DPWH kun roads, DA kun agriculture, DOH kun health related ang project, DSWD etc.
kanang nahitabo ni Napoles, natulog sa pansitan ang implementing agency ana, wala gi check kun existing ba gyud nang mga NGOs. anha diha unta dapat magsugod ang stricter implementing guidelines.

Are politicians civil engineers who can do the design, do the costing, analysis of bridges, roads, dams, dikes, flood control projects?
Do they know how much it would actually cost to run a rice farm while lessening external risks such as typhoons, drought, etc?
Are they even technical experts on how government infrastructures and projects should be made that is cost-effective, durable, reliable and long term?
Can they actually forecast the benefits that can accrue from the projects and see how it can also create a new avenue for growth? Such as new jobs because of the IT sector, more jobs because of the revival of the agriculure sector.
Are they actually aware of the latest trends in technology and innovation?
Do they know the cost benefits of new and better technology?

"People should not be afraid of their Governments. Governments should be afraid of their PEOPLE"

I am supporting this cause not because I support Pnoy. I still and always will detest that half-bald President. Of course we know how he and his minions work, it is too predictable by now. He wants to throw thrash and get even. I'm pretty sure that the Ballsy -and-her-Husband scam is not too far away from your short-term memory, this may be a diversionary tactic, but this is a diversion that we most definitely should not ignore. The President should not be too confident. He may be excusing a couple of his supporters from being dragged into this issue. But Judgement day will come and no one will escape their past.

    See you this Monday!

how can you be sure nga commission ra madawat nila? that's why init kaayo ni topic ron & i'm very sure nakulbaan ni sila tanan ani kay ikapila nani mahitabo nga ipa abolish ang pork barrel but wala nahitabo but this movement seems to gain a lot of momentum.

scared enough nga si abnoy nagdeclare dayon nga i-freeze kuno ang budget sa PDAF. do you hear a lot of senators or even congressmen ni-speak out regarding sa PDAF? inihap ra kaayo naningog coz PDAF is their biggest source of income prankahay lang.

and that is more than enough reason why kailangan jud ni ma-abolish na ang PDAF or CDF mn tingali to tawag ani before but in essence pork barrel japon.

i have said this before & i'll say it again. i dare abnoy, all senators & all congressmen that if they are true to what they say na willing sila to help the country, then abolish na ang pork barrel. no buts, no ifs, no excuses.

ingon sila dili na mahitabo but if modayon jud ni nga meeting this 26 & i'm very sure it will kay nationwide, well semi-worldwide na kay naa pud gi-organize nga inani nga meeting sa USA & Canada, it should force them to abolish pork barrel.

if dili na nila mabuhat, just think of how negative the impact will be on other nations towards sa current admin sa pinas. if moubos & mawala ila salig sa pinas, do you think dili ma-among ato economy ana? ang mga foreign investments?

hatag sad ko sa akong dos sentimos

sa ako lang no, dapat walay PDAF ni ang mga senador. kay ngano? ilang work is "Legislative" so tighimo sila ug laws para pangbalance sad sa Executive branch. katong mga naa sa "Executive" branch ang dapat naa ani.

correct ka boss, it will take a whole lot to rid of all these problems sa ato nasod & that's precisely why we are having this people power to show those nga naa sa pwesto that we are not happy, we are angry even at how things are going na sa ato nasod.

if this will nto work, then we will organize another one & another one until makuha ang gusto sa mga pinoy. dapat mosukol ta, fighting spirit jud ni ato boss, dili ta mga quitters nga magsige lang ingon nga ah wala nani pagasa ang pinas, dili na mahitabo.

nabuhat mn gai to sa panahon ni marcos during people power 1 nga wala gai to klaro ang lines of communications kay wala pa internet & even the radios were controlled mainly by marcos but tungod kay naa ta fighting spirit, napatumba jud si marcos.
