in theory, nindot jud unta ni ang PDAF para masdali ang pagdistribute sa money to the people who need it. but because of the loophole sa law nato na dapat i-channel ang money through an NGO then ang NGO na ang actualy nga mocoordinate sa mga projects, anha gi-take advantage sa mga politico ang PDAF.

ideally, ang NGO na ang mo-coordinate sa mga projects, mangita sila ug mga suppliers for example naa project to make schools, inana but like i said, in reality, dili na mao nahitabo.

to begin with, natingala lang jud ko why kailangan pa hatagan ug money ang mga senators & congressmen when in the first place ang ila jud main duty is to make laws ra mn unta.

as far as my knowledge goes, kani mga NGO's are not liable or obligated to show to the public gi-unsa nila pagliquidate sa money given from the politicos, senators, tongressmen or even the president kay NGO's are technicially private companies ergo not subject to the rule nga dapat maka access ang public anytime sa ila financial statements like kana SALN.

so in essence yes, since kabalo naman ta sa end result, wala jud gamit ang PDAF. my sentiment about PDAF? abolish it.

I am not an OFW so I really have no say on this one. The OFWs actually feel insulted and enraged. Countless embassies have been closed, and there have been scandals such as ***-for-flight. They are also in greater risk since there is not much protection given to them from the philippine government. Plus there are exorbitant fees from OWWA, etc. If the OFWs really want this to happen, then I can't blaim them.

If the economy does get worse, the current admin may be forced to step down, this is because they will be pressured by corporate interests as well as foreign interests.

sh*t, if that happens, the country's economy will be very much crippled. one of the reasons for the economy to survive is the OFW remittances.

but as for the businessmen to not pay their taxes, i support that. and also, the corporations should also not remit the withholding tax that they collected from their employees.

you may have noticed nga anti abnoy jud ko & yes i am. i'm also not a fan of GMA because I think guilty pud siya sa pagpangawat but there are reasons why i really disdain abnoy as our president.

first & foremost, compared lang nimo ni GMA, he is always blaming the previous administration sa tanan problema sa nasod karon. if you really are a good leader, why not mohilom nalang ka, stop blaming & actually start solving the people's & nation's problems.

i am not for abolition of this PDAF but i am for setting up of tighter guidelines and regulations on the usage of PDAF.
in my opinion, this PDAF is like an equalizer on the distribution of funding from the government.
every year each congressional district has an automatic allocation of 70 million pesos. kung dili lang buaya ang congressman, dako na kaayo nag matabang ilabina sa districts in rural areas. daghan na kaayog nag projects ang mahimo.
considering sa bureaucracy ug palakasan system sa atong gobyerno, posible nga dili gyud katilaw ang mga tawo sa ilang buhis kun walay project nga mahimo.

PDAF as a form of government revenue is a failed model. No reason why it should stay. It is still government revenue but in a very inefficient form. Change the form of how government revenue is utilized which also means abolishing PDAF.
