Mas sigurado - if you really wanna cut a significant amount of sound - install another set of walls with sa room with at least 2 inches of space in between from original wall. Gamiti ug sheetrock para barato. Originally Posted by Kidnxtdoor
For Egg trays and Foams .. they will absorb sound pero the main purpose of those things are for acoustics. Anyhow... they won't be as effective compared to having a 2nd wall.

Waaa nindota ug setup. Masuya mn sad ta. Wa pa nahuman akoa studio. Hinay kaayo ang progress tsk. Akng problema karon kay unsaon pag taod ang foam sa ceiling nga d matagak. Bug.at mn gud ang foam. D makadaug ang rugby. Naa mo suggestion unsaon pagpa pilit ang foam sa ceiling? Bai ezra karon pa ko kadungog anang sheetrock, naa ta mapalitan ana diri cebu?

Marsshan - wa ko kabalo ug naa na sa Cebu bai pero suwayi lag pangutana sa mga hardware store. Diri ang sheetrock barato ra kaayo. Mas barato pa kaysa plywood.
Katung nag butang kog acoustic foam sa una, adhesive spray ra akong gamit. Glue ra gihapon. Wa ko kabalo ug unsay thickness or weight ana imong foam pero usually rugby should be enough. Dugay lang gud mo uga ang rugby moay naka pait, pangita ug adhesive nga paspas mo dry.
