(+) Insotec : great customer service. the only store at that time that acquired the 6800gt for me at a very affordable price :mrgreen:

(+) Arctech : superb service and quality. bought several items from them and tech support is great. :mrgreen:

(+) PCExpress : Reasonably priced and good customer service.

(+) PCHub : Great customer service. Technical and friendly.

(+) AI Logic : Good service. Very accomodating.

(-) PCQuickbuys : Bad customer service. After-sales support needs alot of improvement. A bit pricey too. Bought a pc system from them and quality of work is fair. Thermal paste was not applied and i was not informed.

(-) Thinking Tools : Service is fair but lacks technical staff that are friendly and accomodating.

I'm disappointed with ArcTech

I've been looking for a 22-inch LG monitor and I thought I had my luck with ArcTech when after waiting for 15minutes and having to call back, I was informed that they can have it ready in 2 days. Staff asked me to call on a Thursday morning to reserve the item and then I should be able to claim it in the afternoon.

I do so as told only to be informed by staff that the 10 units ordered by the store already had owners even before they arrived.

I could have been told upfront there was none available. Or better yet, I should have been told to reserve one with them when i initially called but I had to be informed the bad news after waiting and keeping my hopes up.

Feedback on TTI:

Got a Viewsonic 22" instead at Thinking Tools, Inc. Main office. Customer service and attention was good despite it being a very busy office. Staff was quite accommodating both on the phone and in the office. They even offered assistance in carrying the box for me. Place could use a better lounge and a waiting room. Prices are not top-notch and not that updated as with PC express but they do have immediate stocks available. Fast transaction done in 20mins including testing.

To Sirlitz or kinsa man ni sila. what if naa ko sa Mindanao then guba ang usa nako ka part sa Pc do I need to ship the whole CPU why not ang defective part lang para maka save ko ug shipping. Grabe na pud na inyu oi mura man mo ug internet cafe hadlok kawatan e padlock na lang kaha na ang CPu nga nahalin gikan sa inyu unya anha ninyo ang key.

Compare nako sa amo Dell server pa gani ha nga guba ang HDD 250gb ako raman gani ang nag tang2x then gi ship nako sa amo head office sa US then ok raman lagi. Take note Server na akong gi ablehan dili Personal Desktop.

Sa ENtech lagi ang ako Asus nga mobo ug ATI videocard na replacesan man ug ka 5 times basta lang ma prove nimo nga guba dyud within 3yrs warranty. Dili sab ko tantung adik sa games ug video editing always on ni ako pc diri haus.

asa man diri nga PC store ang mo warranty sa mga parts ug tinou-od dyud like dili nila e kuridas nga 1- year tanan.

ex. Seagate 3yrs to 5yrs
AOC - 3yrs
Asus - 3yrs
ATI - 3yrs
Sa kasagaran sa mga PC stores mo likay sa warranty mao ila butangan ug sticker as warranty seal nila mao ni gibuhat sa Sirlitz. binuang mani ila oi. Kana inyung mga parts nga guba gikan sa Sirlitz kung naa mo kaila nga mga Pc store owner or incharge nga maka tabang ana para ma avail ninyo ang warranty sa guba ninyo nga part/s e try lang kuno na ug ask bisan bayad lang mo ug gamay kaysa mo palit mo ug bag-o.
