Is Motherboard The Culprit?

THe brand is MSI. Here are the details:

- PC wont boot already even to the very first stage in booting (DOS stage)
- Even visual on first stage booting wont appear (LCD monitor reports "No Signal Detected" using its built-in video processor)
- There are no beeps
- PC still turns on and lights turn on too
- Cleaned all the hardwares inside but no luck
- Changed the memory sticks but no luck
- Reseted the CMOS but no luck
- Changed the CMOS battery but no luck
- Changed the PSU but no luck
- Fans are running good
- No busted or bulked capacitors
- No burning smell
- No burned PCB noticed
- Rechecked all the connected pins inside but found them correct
- No short circuits

I am confused and my suspect is the motherboard. What do you thinks guys?

Although the CPU Set is still with warranty. But just need your opinions/analysis of what is/are the possible culprit/s (kay basin naa ko nakalimtan)

if you have a spare video card, try using that instead of the integrated one to see if mu boot siya to BIOS.

It could be the integrated video on the board or a defective CPU. If not those two.. then its most likely something in the board itself.

But there was no boot beep man gud bai... It should have a boot beep or an xp intro sound if only the integradted video is damaged... >.<

unsay videocard imong gigamit bro...? kasulay nako ug ingon ani ang resulta, and bad ang videocard... dili siya mo-beep, yet guba gyud ang videocard. i was thinking nga cpu ang guba, but then pagsulay nako ug lain nga videocard, ni-work na siya. try lang ug lain nga videocard. kung dili gihapon, then bring your processor sa store, patestingi didto... if guba gani, then pa-ilisan nimo... kay warranty pa man kaha. pero ok gani, then probably, mobo ang guba. i just hope warranty pa sad imong mobo...

Built-in ang video card gigamit. Geforce 6 >.< Big possibility dyud bitaw ang VC ang nagpabadlong kay pilit man siya sa motherboard, so eventualy walay nay beeps kay damay naman hasta ang mobo >.< Huhuhu

Pastilan ning veco gud, magbrownout diri sa amo for seconds lang then balik dayon >.< Inig pangasaba nato, ingnon lang ta nga "tripped-off" to sir. Na tripped-off dyud hinoon amo PC >.< Maayo unta manghatag mo og UPS kamong taga veco.^^

Salamat kaayo sa mga insights/replies =) Ako nani e pa hospitalized sa pcx.

tagam nako anang veco oi cge lang low voltage diri dapit amoa palit nako ug UPS, cge lang pawng dayon on pawng napud on napud, may gani lig-on kaayo akong pentium 3...
