My professors before in med skul told me that the male sperms ( d ones carrying the Y gene to create and XY zygote meaning MALE baby) are less in the sperm population and are usually found during the first ejaculate of the male.... Fertility of the woman comes into play too... Tinamban pa, dapat dli magcge ug pabuto ang laki, kung magmake love namn gani, tymingon pd na fertile ang babay... Not guaranteed though but worked for me... Hope it works for u too
