Well.. I am so glad nga naa nay plano ang company nga iparegister sa SEC.. Wala najuy problema kung magkinaunsa sa sweldo kay naay LABOR CODE nga ukbon kung magkinaunsa man... This is a good thing... Excuse ba ang phone time...dili oi..kay daghan kayu ang mingreklamo bisag kompleto ilang phone time..Nya naa pay disputes nga mag tapunog...

We are already SEC registered since June. Phone time ang amo computation sa payroll para ang bayad sa agents kay kadto ra ga trabaho sila. kung naa man "off the phone times" i Time Adjustment ra na sa managers. Yes there are still pay disputes but it's at 0.5% only. If there is any employer in the same industry that does not have a single pay dispute, I'd give them a round of applause. But I don't think there is.

there are no company that doesn't have any complaints from its employee labi na sa mga na TERMINATE... but this company(BLU CONNECT) consist of managers from big call center company. with their names on the line, we have a BIG chance that this company with grow and prosper...

I dont think so... I've worked there and found out that they will soon ran out of clients... because what they offer as a service sounds and feels like a scam... even if I was the customer wont avail their service..
