    Yup, Agree with the 13 years old issue, also if this teenager would be assimilated with the hardened criminals inside the jails, then a lot of bad influences and horific upgrades would happen. It's better to segregate them and transform them into a more productive citizen during confinement.

    my preffered criminal code and punishment

    Stupidity, any action that commited by a person despite the knowledge of certainty. Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 50k
    Hypocrisy, Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 100k (naay bitaw sila daghan kwarta)
    Social Climber, Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 50k

    Rape, punishable by cutting the organ for male or stitching and leaving small hole for women


    and also i just hope to criminalized communism... but too bad... too many reds in the congress
