That will make her day obviously

Or you can save it in a disk then print a CD cover of you together
or to make it subtle and not to make it more mushy, a text or any
different picture in the cover will do. Then you give it to her saying,

"Tan-awa Gud ni hon, naa koy g-DL na series na Nahan au ko.
Naguba man Gud ako laptop.. Watch ta na..."

Once you watch it together, you'll see how she would react (or even cry)
then you'll be showered with hugs and kisses for sure hehehe

What do you love to do ts? If you play an instrument, play her a song. If you're good with writing, write her a poem. If you're good with computers or somthing, make her a little video. If you can paint or draw, draw something for her. If you like watching movies, go grab some dvd's even old ones and watch it with her. Whatever it is ts, you can actually do something sweet without even spending. The most simple things can bring the most happiness.
