Another option nako ani is to buy a good discrete card and disable nalang nako ang APU d nako mag crossfire to improve performance. Unsa inyo ka suggest nga gpu? makadaog ra ba akong psu? (Antec VP550P 550W) pls pud pki post sa price para ma andaman hehe

for you to benchmark. sa current light gaming rig na akoang gi DIY, mao ni ang components nya and PSU... GPU (HD 7770 GHz Ed), CPU (G840), ram (8GB... 1 x 4GB DDR3 1333 Kinsgton HyperX), HDD (Toshiba-Hitachi 1TB), mobo (ASL B75M), CPU Cooler (CM V400 w/ 120mm CM SickleFlow fan @ 2K rpm), 2 x 120 mm CM SickleFlow fans @ 2K rpm as intake and 1 x 80 mm PCCooler fan @ 2.2K rpm as exhaust... the juice is provided by a SAMA 270 W PSU...

^ mao gyud... ma defeat ang purpose sa APU if mag discrete GPU... sayang ang na gasto sa APU mahal man gud ni sya if i-compare nato sa the same sibling w/o the iGPU... like the Athlon X4 740, 750K or 760K... anyway, naa naman gyud na sya... para ma boost ang graphic performance sa game, palit na lang gyud ug discrete GPU...

by the way, para sa akoa, dili worth ang pag Hybrid Crossfirex sa APU ug sa low end GPU... mas better na palit na lang ug mas better & faster GPU para dako2x gyud ang improvement sa games... andam na lang gyud daan kay basin, ganahan mo duwa ug heavy games then mag upgrade napud sa discrete GPU kay dili satisfied sa napalit kay lagi, mo duwa naman ug heavy gfx games... samot ka dako ang gasto... better na mag budget lang gyud for a mid level GPU (as a minimum but the current techs entry level offerings will do the job mab pud hinoon at the expense of the GFX quality. pero, ang new games ron, awesome ra man gihapon ug GFX even on low setting)... but again, check the monitor resolution para dili ma usik ang gasto...



@ TS, benchmark lang ni nimo na info ha... for reference...

sa akoang mini-ITX rig (GPU is GTX 650 2GB vram... the lowest mammal in the current GTX series... hehehe... & CPU is G840 w/ 8GB ram), inig duwa nko'g Crysis 3, best setting nya would be @ 1366 x 768 monitor resolution and "Low-Mid" level game presets... very acceptable ang frame rates... for BF3, 1920 x 1080 monitor resolution and "Auto" preset... again, very acceptable ang frame rates... it can run "Ultra" preset in 1080p resolution on BF3 at about 30 and average fps w/ 22 fps min... pero, mas better ang naka auto preset sya kay mo abot ug > 40 ang average fps w/ 30 fps min... ang AA ani nya kay set to "Off"...

unsa man gani diay ang monitor resolution nimo?
