Hi, moonshadow. I'm really sorry you had this bad experience with KIDS'. It's one of those rare incidents. I should know; I'm connected with the KIDS' management as I was one of those who helped start this school.
I'll let the KIDS' management know of this valuable feedback so that they'd be able to fix the glitches in their enrollment process. The way I see it, it was a case of mishandling perhaps caused by the pressure to open a late afternoon class slot. I visited them recently and yeah they mentioned that they're running out of classrooms and schedules, but parents have been requesting even that 3-5pm slot.
In their behalf, I apologize for that difficult experience you had. Had it not been for that, your son would have by now enrolled in KIDS' and experienced the all-too-familiar feedback by now: kids really love going there. Maski hilantan ganahan mo adto. The staff there really work hard, so I guess there are times when they're less than their best in terms of customer service.
Again thanks for the feedback and I shall be updating this thread as soon as I hear back from them.
