I can control my jealousy sa mga minor stuff lang..Taas kog pasensya labina love nako ang akong yayabs, pero kung mosubra na?!?Mag gyera na uy..

Or if akong guy magselos, madala raman na og lambing2 kung dili sad gahi ang guy.. Jealousy is the product of insecurities. you have to love and be proud of yourself (no matter how ugly or short, all physical disability you have) focus not on your superficial characteristics but you inner characteristics and be proud of them. Love to the fullest since if you dont then you'll be insecure because you know that other men can provide it to your gf/wife since you are unable to. so do everything for her and be confident that nobody else can be better man than you are for her. as you build confidence then jealousy stops however dont be over confident, learn and unlearn and be better everyday for her....

Ur real problem is that u dont have trust in ur girl... U dont trust ur relationship... U doubt her love for u... U obviously need assurance, sometimes being jealous is good cause its one way of showing affection to ur partner (wa pd nay lami ang pares nga di magselos) but too much of it is the delimma... Talk to ur partner and tell her how u feel
