By the way, how long did it take to have your electricity running?

Let me sum up my understanding:

1. Start ko sa Barangay Hall (Kanang anha sa Mactan, isn't it? Atbang sa Church? Sorry noob ayo. I grew up in Soong but is now in Mandaue. Yet, my mom is still there. Sadly, kadtong among kuryente saona kay naka tap ra diay to and you knew what happened in LLC lately, when Meco visited the area. Boom!!!)

2. Then, afterwards, City Hall is the one situated near Gaisano Mactan, isn't it?

3. Meco dayon.

So, if and only if, we do not need to secure any building permit, the costs would normally be less than 20k, isn't it?

actually if you have the money dali raman.. 3 weeks ang pinakadugay.. kay up to 2 weeks rman jud unta if kompleto nka ts taod man dayon.. dri lang ka madugay sa mga papirma ug mga clearances ts... papresyo bya pod kau nang mga naa sa city hall.. patience jud ang armas nimu..hehe..anyway, if walay bldg. permit ts 8k to 10k lay magasto nimu sa tanan..

by the way.. sa 1,2 ug 3 nga imo gisulti..yes.. korek ka sa tanan..hehe

nah ts... ipa follow-up kana niya oi kay 2 months is over2x naman jud..pero from some1 i knew tungod sa kadaghan sa mangaplay di jud nila maschedule tanan.. uban gani abtan pa next year.. lage ts.. ang zoning maoy dugay jud honestly.. ug wala man gud clearance gkan nila di ka kaproceed sa next step.

upon reading sa process na gisulat above, mao sad guro madugay ug samot, ug maong makwartahan ug samot, kay murag baliktad man agi sa kasagaran. ang uban, molukat ra ug bldg. permit kay kinahanglan sa meco/veco which dapat, gilukat na nimo na even before motukod ug balay. even the zoning dapat before pa na motukod sa balay. kung tahay lagi naay problema sa balay, like wa na kacomply sa proper easement, etc, so sayang ang building dili matauran ug kuryente? tsk tsk.

kami nagprocess me run sa veco, ang developer actually ang gaandam sa amo papeles so murag dali ra tali. ang mga silingan didto, 2 days ra after submission sa documents, naa naman. lets see. i'll update.

Thanks sa confirmation, Nicka. I'm gonna have to save up first. I'd prepare at least 25k just to be sure. I am certain though that they'll no longer need any building permit sa balay since the house is really nothing but magulang sa payag. It's not even close to 20sqm. I guess naa ra siya sa 15-20 sqm jud. Plus the fact that it's only kahoy. So, I don't think ila ning pangayuan og building permit, maybe if ana nalang jud ilang paagi para mangwarta. But I hope not.

Thanks kaayo sa inyong mga advise. I'd be well off now. I'd just have to prepare the money and poof, I'd make my mom's dream come true. Hopefully dili sila mag dugay coz I can't bear to think that my mom won't have lights at home on Christmas day.
