Q: unsa gasoline inyo gamit for everyday use?

BRAND/NAME: Petron Xtra Unleaded
OCTANE RATING: 91?

Petron ako usually patubil sa Civic/Elantra kay mao man na ang convenient na maagihan from our house. Kung naa pa generic or cheaper gas stations mao na ako pilion. Daghan unta didto sa SRP dapit but layo na kaayo nako.

I can't understand sa logic behind choosing premium gas over unleaded. Recommended octane rating ani mga sakyanan is as low as 87 and an octane rating of 91 for best results. Maybe kung nag drive ko some sort of sports car like a Toyota 86 naa benefit kay it requires premium fuel.

sa ako lang boss...diri sa City nga maagi.an nko gas stations kay ang regular nga gas kay tag 51-53 pesos...ang Petron Blaze with 100 Octane rating ky 52.45 sa suking gasolinahan...so in this case, I chose Petron Blaze, why would I settle for a lesser octane rating with just about the same price? Ni stick man sad ko XCS for a long time, pero now nga ga Petron Blaze ko, na feel nko ang difference. I don't have to spend the same amount of time kung mag warm up, mas smooth ang dagan niya at high speeds and mas ni less pd ako consumption...wala pa ko ka calculate but usually a full tank would only last me 3 days. I'm currently at my second day and my tank is still 3/4 full. Same driving habit and same route...The only time I would probably go back to XCS is if mu sobra ug 3 pesos ang difference per liter...

pero naa uban nka mention dinhi nga kusug sad petron blaze (100octane).

as of last nako pa gas ganina(aug12,2013), P50.30 ang V-power Nitro+. Pila rn ang Petron Blaze and asa pinaka barato nga Petron station?

good luck bro...tip lang...mostly sa mga petron stations kay 00.00 ang nakabutang sa price sa Petron Blaze, so kihanglan pa jud ka mag inquire para makhbaw ka pila ang presyo...

You may have a point na gamay ra price difference. When I first drove a decade ago, premium fuels gyud gigamit nako but I noticed when nagpatubil ko sa Phoenix sa SRP going out of town na dako price difference and wala ko mabantayan na difference sa power or economy using their unleaded fuel. Since then gamit ko RePhil or 1st Autogas whenever I can and save P2.50-P3 per liter compared sa Shell 95+ fuel. I have been using them for years na and wala gyud ko kabantay difference. If I use 1,000 liters of gas per year kay that totals up to P3,000 in fuel costs. However, ako misis kay Petron gyud na magamit usually sa iya sakyanan.
