A. The Extravagante
If you can afford try to occupy a movie theater then set a date when to execute your proposal. Then prepare a short video of your gf (2-3 mins max) - anything you would like the public to know about her (Public can be your friends, relatives, parents etc.). And at the end of the video you will give your speech (make sure this will be your own words be original). After the movie clip a spotlight will be focusing you already on bended knee with the ring then say the magic words "Will you marry (her name)?". It's up to you what time you wish to do this but I think 3:00pm is ideal since it the Lord's Hour then you can prepare a small snack if she will say YES if NO it's up to you.... LOL -kinda expensive though..

B. The Poor Boy
Invite your gf for a date in a mall perhaps while strolling for sure you will get starve or something but find an ice cream booth then buy an ice cream for two...you can do this 2 ways a.) you will be the 1 to put the ring in the ice cream unnoticed, b.) ask the server to put it already in your ice cream but you need to talk to this guys ahead of time. Once everything is according to plan act as if you've been choke and make sure you will not swallow the ring LOL...once she will try to ease you that's the time you will bite the ring then execute your proposal.
