    its not really safe to take something synthetic chuva. hehe
    a hot shower or bath works.
    drinking warm milk before going to work helps too.
    dont take naps in the afternoon. para makasleep jud ka tarong.
    dont take in any form of caffeine prior to sleeping (chocolate, coffee, coke...)
    do a bedtime routine. kana magset ka time ba na ana na time, naa na jud ka sa bed. kung maanad imong lawas, nice ayo imo tulog ana. mutultol man sa oras.
    pero kungnahan jud ka, patay imong tug. take a decongestant or antihistamine nalang. they have sedating effects. decolgen, dimetap, nasatapp, neozep... kana sila. over-the-counter pa.

    as much as possible dont rely on meds o concoctions to sleep kay maka addict na and some even have bad effects in your system.
