Malagos brand (from davao) ricotta cheese at rustans ayala, mo replenish ra man na time to time. try their goat cheese too, good alternative to italian buffala mozarella

Most probably because they have variety of spices there... I think I saw cardomom at rustans ayala also looking like this.
