    I agree with you TS. I also would prefer for house and lot for my own use or when we think for long term usage. Since I'm still single, I started with condo lang sa for an investment. Same purpose as you have, for renting out but as what have colinworkout stated below, marketing is also crucial in this matter. I'm not yet done paying for the installment and soon will pay full as what is in the contract and marketing the condo unit is somehow bothering me at this time. gikulbaan ko what if ma idle lang ang unit. I don't want to have an idle investment which in turn will just be a liability and not an asset. pero if ever wa juy mo rent, kami nlng sa siguro puyo. single pmn sab mi like you. Let's just utilize the unit nlng whenever marketing is really not that easy.

    Ang nkanindot sa condo is that accessible cya sa city and sigurado kang safe and secure ka sa imo gipuy-an na bldg. But on the other hand, kinanglan pa ka mghunahuna sa imo monthly dues on top of your monthly amortization. Mas advisable gypn ang haus and lot jd f u have ur own car, ig sugod ana feeling nmo na layo kaau ang location but wen ure alrdy used to going to ang fro ur place then it will already be a breeze db?
