    Default Need professional/lawyers advice

I read this in a contract paper, what can you interpret from this:

I understand that if I wish to back-out of this reservation, there will be a cancellation fee of Pxxxx if done within 15 days of reservation. There will be no refund of all payments made if cancellation is done after 15 days of the reservation.
Please note that I changed the amount to XXX this could be any amount. What is important is what is the implication if moback.out sa reservation, makabayad pa jud sa cancellation fee, or pwede ra wala?

naa ka bayran cancellation fee if mo backout ka. If magpa cancel ka
within the 15 days while nagpa reserve ka wala kay bayran.

    Wala nakay refund makuha
if ang cancellation gi buhat after 15 days sa pag pa reserve

Note: mao na ako sabot base sa imo gi provide

If cancellation is communicated within the 15 day time frame, you get a refund from all payments made, however, a cancellation fee is required... Beyond said date, all payments are deemed forfieted...

If they insist on said cancellation fee, do not pay! As their clause on the former is rather vague...
Simply say, see u in court! - hehehe

hello, I work for rentals and deal with cancellation policies of all sorts worldwide everyday.

This means that you have 15 days from the confirmation of your reservation to cancel and just pay XXX penalty. After 11:59pm of the 15th day, if you cancel, there will no longer be a refund

    Hope this helps.

P.S. I assume that your reservation has been paid for in full ha.
