@dmelsie: sakto ka bro if ang hardware na gigamit is overclockable...kaso lang, whoopz's hardware is not for extreme overclocking...the only hardware that he has that is very overclockable is the CPU, but his mobo and rams are not...walay option para mu increase sa voltage sa CPU sa iya mobo..so limited jud iya pag oc......

@whoopz: current bios version for the mobo is 1.9...but only the CPU micro code is updated..meaning, naa ra cla gi update para maka support sa mga bag-o c2d cpu models (e.g. e6320, e6420, etc..)...from version 1.7 upto 1.9, only the cpu micro code is updated...there are no updates regarding overclockability...so i wouldn't bother updating to this bios version kng plano ka mka gain og higher oc...

hehehe bro mobo,cpu manufacturer will not encourage oc' di jud na nila e apil sa ila description para sa new bios version. pero naa ko nakita nalimot lang ko cge lang ako e search balik na naay option e oc sa amo mobo up to 500 sa v1.8 pero ang kaya ra jud is up to 400fsbx7.

read this forum thread...this should enlighten you about the bios versions based on the users experience with this mobo...oh and by the way, i'm using the msi p965-neo too...and pareho kaau mi ug setup ni whoopz--c2d e6300, geil 2x1gb ram ddr2 800mhz, palit 8800gts 320mb, hec winpower 550w psu...however, i have mine oced at 2.63ghz under bios version 1.6...i have tried bios version 1.7 and 1.8 w/o any gains in oc...haven't tried version 1.9 though, but from what i've read (as of now) in the thread i gave above, its still the same thing...

baijo nay chance nga mka himo og 500mhz fsb pero usually 400 to 450 pnka stable nya if mka oc ka kna ila sulti 500 mhz marketing style rna as in giilad rata ana like gud ana style sa mga gpu vendors usually total gpus speed ila ibutang not the actual speed of the gpu and mem gyud and so far pod dili msi nga board usually nka abot more than 400mhz no offense hehehe

depende man guro na sa mobo kay kasagaran sa c2d nga stock voltage mangabot man ug hapit na 3GHz. i set lang ug 1:1 ang ratio unya diretso na 400 ang fsb unya generic ddr2 800 nga memory.
