BRP Alcaraz enters Aurora waters, gets welcome ritual
BRP Ramon Alcaraz, the Philippine Navy's newest warship, received a welcome from the Philippine Navy and from Filipino residents as it entered the waters of Aurora province early Friday.
Some 30 fishing bancas surrounded the BRP Ramon Alcaraz in Aurora waters, radio dzBB's correspondent Ronald Leander reported.
