If this is a used digital copy attached to the account, you can't sell it and nobody can really buy it. That's because you know the secret word to your account and this can never be changed so you can get control of the game anytime and the buyer would be screwed over. Blizzard also doesn't allow resale of accounts and will ban users if they suspect this.
