if you think that homosexuality is an 'acquired' setting, or a 'customization' that was done on top of/ or other than a 'default' setting, then the answer, analogous to an electronic gadget, is most probably a 'yes'.
but humans, fortunately, are more complex than an electronic gadget. our capabilities, our personalities, our afflictions, our actions cannot be reduced into mere binary commands. hence the answer is most probably a 'no'.
