How to Hack Yahoo Mail / Facebook Password?

Please help me to hack my account.. I gave my email address to my ex before and when I check my account now, I can't open it anymore... When I click forgot password and fill out everything needed there i just can't get through it... I even used my email account in my facebook and now even my facebook I can't open it. Please do help me...


Yahoo respond was:
" Your password can’t be reset online.
For security reasons, you need contact Yahoo! Customer Care to help you reset your password.
If you used an alias or profile name, we recommend that you try again with the Yahoo! ID associated with the alias. If not, you can contact Customer Care to help reset your Yahoo! password.


Why do I have to wait?"

contact yahoo customer care, that's the only way,
AFAIK, if ikaw mismo dli ka answer sa imo security questions during change password, slim imo chance na marecover imo account without the help of Yahoo themselves..
so better contact yahoo nalang, it is not that easy hacking into yahoo mail.
