Merillas Resto sa may capitol kanang Avon bldg. Naa sila kiddie birthday packages.

Package A - 10,500 (30 Kids) Spag, Chicken, Hotdog w/ mallows & Juice
Package B - 13,500 (30 Kids) same as package A + lumpia, pastries, salad

Package includes EVERYTHING you need for a kiddie party plus clown host.
It also includes 3hrs exclusive use of location (excess is 400/hr) and basic sound setup.
Corkage for lechon is P250 and P100 for cake etc.

They also have buffet for adults ranging from P230/pax - P320/pax (including dessert and bottomless iced tea)

Any advise kong pila ang package sa Casino Espanol or sa Talamban Leisure Center or sa Sand Trap? Basin naa sad mo ma suggest kong asa ang nindot, actually nangita kog naay swimming pool if possible pero if wala ok ra gihapon basta d lang mahal kaau ky ang budget igo igo ra gyud kaau. I was so happy to see the post because I was looking for an affordable package good for 50 persons for my child's first birthday celebration. So I got the number and fb page and immediately contacted Lakwatsa. Within few minutes I got the reply and we immediately set an appointment as we agreed for the specific amount. I talked to "Z" their marketing/sales representative, very accommodating "at first", ALL my requests will be fulfilled "she said. from Balloon decoration,cake, name standee,giveaways, lights will be changed because it's so dim, there will be stage platform, curtains will be changed. So we were so excited to get the set up done. she Even Promised to send pictures and communicate with me everyday before the Big Day. So I gave the half for the downpayment. But right after that, I haven't heard anything, not until the day before the event, and Even told me that the venue will be moved to the ground floor because the company will be using it for their own event. I was really disgusted! If only I can find a replacement right away, but i don't have enough time. So I told her to ask her manager that I would like to speak to him! Very unacceptable treating customer's that way! Regardless if the package is cheap or not! Customer's should be valued equally! Then she said, it's already straightened out.

So now the big day has come? To my surprise, the venue and decorations look very cheap and was way out of the plans we agreed on! Tarp looks very cheap, there is No Stage platform, Balloons look so cheap and very poor looking, there is no Balloon columns as promised, Pictures printed are very unclear, Lights are so dark. I can no longer see Z on the venue, I asked the waiters and told me that She already went home. What aPoor customer service. I think she felt guilty. My wife and I was really disappointed.

So piece of advise guys, Lakwatsa Resto Lounge has a great venue for great events, It only failed due to their Marketing personnel. If u want to try them out, I would suggest you talking to the head waiter and upper management to make sure everything will be implemented.
