until proven otherwise, this will still remain an elaborate hoax.
Possibilities:
1. This happened, but not from southern Philippines as mentioned
2. This is an elaborate staged set
3. These are ash fall from a volcanic activity
4. If those where snow, we could have seen people playing along with it.

my question is why there's ONLY ONE person who was able to record this snowfall? halos tanan, naay cellphone with video recording..
