    Default Things to consider when buying a lot (lote or yuta)

    First time nako mo palit ug yuta and wla pko idea unsa mga requirements ako dapat bantayan to make sure nga ang nagbaligya sa akoa kay tinudanay jud na tagiya? Let's just say 100sqm ang area and costs for about Php 2,000.00/sqm. What are the things that I should consider before buying? Pila ako mabayran (estimate) for that total cost (Transfer of Title or other expenses)? Unsa mga specific expenses ang ako dapat pud bayaran?

    Maglisod ko sabot sa Google mas maayo na ang Laymans term nlang sa mga fellow Istoryans kay masabtan pa. Thanks in advance sa inyoha mga inputs!

    ts... ako iadvice nimu is that, make sure or much better nga makita nimu ang original land title or transfer of land title if ang namaligya mao jud nkaindicate nga owner. pwede pod nimu icheck ang likod sa title kung naay nakatatak kay that means nakaprenda nang yutaa.. pwede pod nga moadto ka sa register of deeds, sa city hall na ha kung nagconcide ang nakaregister nga owner ug wala bay problema anang yutaa... mao nay pinakauna nga dapat nimung buhaton..ayaw jud pataka kay ang kwarta di na mkit-an lang sa dalan.. ok? and after that if satisfied naka magpirmahay mo sa abogado pra sa absolute deed of sale.. mao nay kinuptan nimu nga ikaw nakabayad na.. and the rest sa city hall nana cya lihokon... i hope nakatulong ako kahit papano sayo. goodluck!

    ipa verify sa ang title, basin ba naay uban fraud... to make sure lng... ma settle raman na along kai ipa transfer mana sa imuhang name... dili kaayo ko kaybaw sa process baya...

    location - dool sa imo basic needs like mga establishments og accessible og kana dili ma baha.an
    documents - make sure they are not fake they must be accurate and valid.

    Thanks sa input. Naa mo idea mga pila kaha magasto nako aside sa worth sa lot pila bayad sa transfer of title, attorneys fee sa signing sa deed of sale bisag estimate lang para ma budget nako ang kwarta along the way.
