help for a 25k~ish mini itx gaming build

It's actually the other way around bro. It's an issue with idle (c6/c7 states) where when a psu doesnt meet the minimum load it requires, it cant regulate the output properly. But this should not be a problem with current forward design/DC-DC psus.

yeah, dili man dapat kabalak-an ang PSU... basta lang dili mag OC or limpyo ang input from the mains... kumbate ra gyud na kaayo... kita ra ang mga users ang daghan kaayo'g mga "Nice to Have"... para safe and sound pud... kay dako man kaayo raba'g gasto ang components... libog ko anang na gub-an ug mga PSU gyud... dako gani kaayo pa sila'g head room kay ang actual rating sa rig nila, pwede ra i-power ug 230 to 250 W true rated PSU... mga 18A or 20A ang 12V rail ani nila... basta lang pud, dili pareho sa previous Fermi GPU na "sucker" kaayo ug power... duda nko, ang input sa mains dili maayo... naa'y spikes then dili na ma protect-tahan sa circuit sa PSU (like the OCP or OVP)... or the sun was not shinning on them... they got a lemon one...

Ahh.. ty master keropi ug lloyd.. anyway, naka reasearch ko dili compatible ang palit gtx 760 jetstream sa prodigy kay 3 pcie slots iya i occupy.. T.T pila kaha ning msi na 760?? or any 760 alternatives? if wala gani kay 7950 nlng ko ani.. hehe..

ah i see... mo sangko na sa side panel ang cooling system na kay mao na'y i-occupy (mo cover-ran) sa cooling for the 3rd slot... kang MSI 760 mga 12.5K to 13K php siguro na dha... the same ug approx price in php sa Zotac (reference design)... try lang ug ask sa mga shops...

anyway, check sa mga GTX 760 brand pa na available dha bro... check pud sa Gigabyte GV-N7OC variant... taas2x ni sya'g factory OC setting... base clock: 1085 MHz and boost clock: 1150 MHz... diri, the same ni sila'g price sa Asus GTX 760 DC2OC pero, mas taas ug factory setting sya compared sa Asus w/c will equate to faster performance compared to the Asus model or check pud sa Inno3D GTX 670 "Non-iChiLL" variant nila... kani, dual slot ra ni sya... wla'y labot ang iChiLL model para sa choices nimo kay mo occupy pud to'g 3 slots sya...

I agree with you boss. The PSUs before haswell/haswell certification were built for power so not much eco friendly there. Karon ra na maka ingon jud ka "well at least eco friendly na jud ang karon".

actually ok man tong theme sa jetstream sa 760 kung mag chinese edition ka. hehehe. and evga bati jud kau nag cooling system ambot karon kung mau na ba na ilang release nya dili na reference design ilang board kay best suited mana ang evga for watercooling enthusiast.
