It's funny but people in the Philippines are so lazy. Instead of preparing them the correct food, they rely too much on milk, even at that age. Every mom (and dad) should prepare the right meals for their children. milk is a supplement, not the main meal. Children at that age can drink regular milk. no need for bonakid, promilkid, nido 1+ and others. Sadly, it's also a marketing strategy. Kng pwd pa lng, they will let you buy milk for teens. LOL.
I'm one of those lazy parents. My baby is thin, so doc recommended Pediasure. He doesn't like it, keeps throwing up. Then switched to Promil Kid for a year. Same ra gihapon, murag wa kaau effect. He's 2 now and we switched to Nido 1+. Nanambok dayon in just less than a month.
More expensive does not really mean it's good for your baby. Kng unsa hiyang niya, mao na.. I hope to wean him na to normal milk ui...

akong duha ka bata fron 0 - 2 months ra nag breast feed. promil na dayon. pag 2 yrs old lactum napod.. 4 yrs old sustagen.. karon elemtary na milo nalang.
