you're right, theres nothing wrong with establishing a relationship with them. but the problem/situatuion here involves very little penalty, maybe 30pesos at most. can you imagine if everyone did what you're doing? pcci would be very busy entertaining calls and their staff is actually quite limited.

Yes, you are right. Apologies for the overextended advice as I was narrating from memory lang what I did and what I hope people who own dogs bred from a pair where either or both previously had PCCI to make the effort to locate its lineage kay sayang that they just let it be. If they really make the effort, they can recover the registration back and for this, they should call PCCI rather than let it be.

But I agree with you that PCCI do have very limited staff and I wouldn't want PCCI to be so busy of course that they couldn't entertain my calls anymore LOL. Kuyaw ug mu backlash na hinuun nako. And I do agree that they shouldn't worry about the penalty, that was actually originally my point and should have stuck with that. If PCCI will charge them, they will definitely get a call back from PCCI. Just send the reg and membership fees and forms straightaway and worry about the penalties later. In fact, PCCI could issue additional charges anyway (price/rate change) and they will have to send it back etc. Well, its also good to know that mypetstation process it free so people should definitely take advantage of this benefit!

The advantage of hangyo is they actually build a relationship with someone from PCCI. I'm not saying na manghangyo para mangaway. They are easy to talk to as long as you are reasonable.

Also, I don't think you can change the date when its already written on the certificate. If there is one thing I'm very certain of, PCCI won't allow corrections, white ink, etc. The certificate must be clean from erasures or alterations. Once that happens, you will have to issue an affidavit and must acquire all necessary signatures to certify the change. Mas dako na gyud hinuun imong problem if you make alterations on the certificate. Your certificate must be as authentic as possible.

I had a case where Section B of one of my certificates had a co-owner and the seller couldn't be traced (won't answer my call). I told PCCI if its okay if I just erase the co-signer/co-owner if they can't be found. They said my certificate will be nullified if I do that. If in any case they couldn't find the original co-signer then the board will have to decide on it if they will transfer the certificate to me but the necessary process must be followed which is to locate the co-owner. I followed the process they suggested and exhausted all possibilities to locate the owner. Fortunately, they did. They really sent a messenger to ask the owner to sign. And you know what was so nice? they didn't charge me for it at all. They just charge me the courier fees (transportation to and fro). PCCI is an organization of people. It's best that you establish a relationship with the people running it.

I'm fine with paying the penalty but don't worry about it as I'm certain its not that huge. Based on my experience which was supposedly complex, it went really well. Sayon ra ka storya ang PCCI. As long as your request is reasonable, I don't see why they won't accommodate.

Be reasonable lang jud. Don't ask for "unreasonable" demands. I didn't exactly ask for a waiver - they just waived it. When they know your spending a lot, I think they'll decide by themselves if its necessary to charge you or not. Just talk to them. Nothing beats a good talk. You don't lose. Ask for a direct Globe line or a direct Sun line - they have it if the long distance cost worry you. I did that. I ask them all the time about list of breeders of dog breeds I'm considering of getting, I ask them about the reputation of the breeder, I ask them of registration code of PCCI certificate before I purchase the dog, I ask them to transfer the name of the dog directly to my name through the breeder itself so I don't have to pay extra for the transfer fee etc. You learn a lot by calling them. I suggest that if you plan to be a breeder eventually, call them and find someone you can connect with each time you have a registration/breeding question.

Ok ra ulahi ang puppy registration.

My suggestion is first be a member (needs original form), transfers ownership n kennel registration (pwede ra sad dungan sa litter registration). You can go to mypetstation they will help you in everything

Then after 4-5weeks old na ang mga puppies nimo i.register. Kennel name registration, litter registration n katong puppy registration.
"Mas maayo mag 4-5weeks na ang pup paka mo register kay we can never tell what will happen to the puppies before that.

Magsend ko tom for my litter registration, per puppy registration and katong lacking nako php30 from them kay i forgot to add 12%vat sa annual membership
